Welcome to our Catalyst Tryout Registration

This registration will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation, and submit payment.

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account information available.

Important Notes

  • Players should attend the tryout date/time for their age level
  • If you cannot attend the scheduled tryout for your age, please contact Info@catalystvolleyball.org in advance  
  • We highly recommend attending your scheduled tryout to give yourself the best team placement

What to Bring

  • WALLET size photo (3x3 or smaller, head shot): strongly encouraged; helps evaluators identify your player during tryouts and team placement
  • COPY of birth certificate: Mandatory; do NOT bring original (we have no way to make copies onsite)
  • Completed Catalyst Participation Waiver: print, complete and bring to tryout
  • Your own WATER/Hydration!!!
